Things "to do" before next week's class:
- Email a 2 to 3-page excerpt of the transcript you coded in class this Tuesday (11/18)
- Email a list of 3 to 5 codes that can be found in this transcript, with descriptions for us to refer to next Tuesday (11/25)
- Read pgs 238-244 in Qual. Communication Research Methods
- Read chapter 7 in Analyzing Qualitative Data
- Write up the contribution/limitations section of your paper
This section is generally no longer than 2 pages. Find a good journal article to model your writing on. Remember to be honest but constructive about your limitations.
You should start by reminding the reader what your research accomplished (its contribution to theory or the field), then discuss what still needs to be done (framed as directions for future research in this area, based on the limitations of your study).

Your contribution/limitations section should be posted to the course blog by 12 p.m. on Tuesday (11/25). Bring a copy of your model (JUST the future research section) to class.
